1:1 Mindfulness Practice
In 1:1 practice with David, participants learn the tools to support improved health and well-being, including coping with challenging thoughts, emotions and physical sensations.
Practice nurtures the ability for participants to greet these messages from the heart, mind and body within awareness, nonjudgmentally and with a kind and compassionate attention. Participants build strength and resiliency over time that supports their coping with stress, anxiety, and pain. Participants also notice that their interpersonal relationships often improve as they operate in the moment, without judgement and greet others with a kind and compassionate presence.
Mindfulness has been shown to be particularly helpful for problems like chronic pain, obsessive thinking and worries and behavioral problems.
In 1:1 Practice, content may be personalized to the needs of the participant. These sessions also provide a more specific environment of privacy and safety.
1:1 Practice Fees
$100 per 1 hour session
